My Own Fault In Our Stars Shirt!

While I was MIA on the internet I was taking a Photoshop/Shirt Printing Class in school. When it was time for me to design my shirt I had just finished The Fault In Our Stars so this is what I made...

The picture is a little blurry but I was really happy with how the shirt came out. It was actually really easy to do, and now I have a shirt to wear to the midnight release of The Fault in our Stars. Till then it's my pajama shirt.

The Fault In Our Stars by John Green

The Fault In Our Stars
by John Green

Summary: Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten.

Review: On Goodread's The Fault in our Stars has 4.52 stars. That has to be one of the highest rating's I've seen on that site ever. Which must mean that it's universally like. Once I closed the last page I could see why. This is a story that sticks with you, it makes you think, makes you laugh and makes you cry.

I put off The Fault in our Stars by John Green because I knew it would be an emotional story, and it was. With a story like this one you have to be in the right mind set to read it. When I finally got up the courage to pick this one up, I was glad I did. The character's are so likable. I was routing for the best, even though it's centered around Cancer patients. They had their flaws but that just made me like them even more.

This is a novel that you won't be able to put down. John Green crafted a beautiful story that will keep you entranced until the very end. You will be dying to know what happen to Hazel and Gus. Green also keeps you on your toes. While you might think you know how this novel ends, I thought I did, but you're probably wrong (I was).

No matter what age you are, make sure you pick this one up. Just make sure you bring some tissues with you. Because this will be you at the end... image

Hello Again!

Wow it's really been awhile! I'm not going to go on about where I've been, it was just senior year stuff but I'm back now!

I'm going to try to start posting every day again or just about everyday. I have about 40 something books that I've read and need to review. So I have a bunch of work to do! There was also a bunch of news, movies, and new books while I was away. It might be a little late for a Great Gatsby movie review but you can expect one up soon, and other posts like that.

If you went to BEA I would love to hear how it was!!!! I was really upset that I couldn't go this year but I've been so busy with my senior year. Plus one of the requirements for BEA is posting twice a week, which I obviously was not doing. But there's always next year!

One more thing! With A Book is now on TUMBLR!

I wanted to switch from blogger because it was annoying the heck out of me but I really don't know my way around computers. But I love tumblr. I have an addiction. So I decided to also put With A Book on Tumblr.

Plus so many authors have tumblr websites, this way I can reblog them, comment, and stuff like that.

Basically everything on this site will be on tumblr, but also fun book gif's and pictures! Make sure you go check that out.
